Thank you for your interest in Music Notes Academy.

Student Registration is for new students, current students enrolling for an upcoming semester or school year and transfer students. Transfer students are students from other private music teachers and music schools.

If you are a parent or guardian looking to register your child for private music lessons and instruction, bands or ensembles, use the form below or towards the right to register.

If you are an adult student – 18 years or older – please use our adult student registration page.

We put resources towards the Academy, classroom instruments, acoustic pianos, building upkeep and of course teacher salary and professional development. Thank you.

I understand to ensure students receive the most comprehensive and well-rounded music education, adult students and parents are required to adhere to Music Notes Academy's Policy Agreement. Student Registrations are processed in the order they are received and are not official until the Registration Fee and a three (3) lesson deposit is received by Music Notes Academy.
